Yes. In IPScript you can add dialogs with the UserDialog control (available either from the toolbar or the Edit/UserDialog menu item). This dialog can be modified with a standard list of controls (textboxes, listboxes, labels, buttons, etc.), and the field values are available for use in the IPScript.
